In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
A stately pleasure-dome decree:
Where Alph, the sacred river, ran
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea.

Hi Amy,
I noticed that Microsoft had chosen Swindon for the birds eye view.
The Magic Roundabout is a real landmark of the town. You can even buy a T-shirt about it (http://www.swindonweb.com/life/lifemagi0.htm).
It works quite well, a little like a load-balanced network. If part of it snarls up, people just go around the problem.
I noticed that you have Stonehenge on your profile. Did you get to Avebury, which is another stone circle (not as cold, and has a pub too). It's a few miles South of Swindon. If you go to http://local.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&cp=51.428524~-1.855334&style=h&lvl=17&scene=4343838, then you should be able to see the pattern of the stones.
