A Few Scattered Observations
Today, a local DJ said "We built this city on Rock 'n' Roll! And an earthquake fault line. In a tsunami zone. Next to a big volcano."
The other night, I drove by a gas station and saw a Hummer stretch limo sitting in a gas station parking lot. This is the same vehicle about which Mike commented "hmm, that must be about as fuel efficient as... a fire." I was tempted to pull up next to it and say "come here often?"

LOL @ the DJ. In Australia, pretty much all we have to worry about is the wildlife.
Hahahaha! That cracks me up. And yet we continue to live here... I guess we'll have the best view when it all goes down!
